Prepaid Treatment Packages

When purchasing a course of treatments, you will benefit from a special discounted rate compared to pay-as-you-go prices. This already applies to the price list. Prices quoted on our website are based on pre-paying for a course of treatments. No reduction in price is available where areas have been removed from the package. In the event that you elect to forego treatment of a component area, no subsequent treatment of that area will be due to you under your entitlement for that course. Bookings must be made in advance, and full payment for all laser treatments of your choice must be made on the day of your first laser appointment.

Third party tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). If chosen to participate in this campaign, you will be required to sign a legal consent form by which you will confirm that the person named in the release notice has agreed to the publication of the material by Roxane Laser Studio both now and in the future. By signing the release, you agree that we may use the material for promotional and informational purposes. Gift Cards and Discounted Gift Cards

The conditions below apply to the use of Gift Cards (Gift Card) issued by Roxane Laser Studio. Purchasing or using the Gift Card means that you accept these conditions. We reserve the right, at our complete discretion, to refuse to sell Gift Cards to any person at any time for any reason.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new Gift Card, and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards, or securities. Anyone holding the Gift Card can use its value to make purchase services, so your Gift Card should be kept secure. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, immediately report this to Roxane Laser Studio. We take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you because of a lost or stolen Gift Card.

We may replace a faulty, lost, or stolen Gift Card at our absolute discretion. Any replacement Gift Card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement). Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Deposit

At Roxane Laser Studio, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is a fixed fee, determined by the cost and time required for the service you have booked. If you attend your appointment, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded or applied to another booking.

By booking an appointment with Roxane Laser Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Prepaid Sessions

Roxane Laser Studio requires 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel all prepaid appointments. Failure to cancel or reschedule within that time frame will result in the forfeiture of that appointment.

Roxane Laser Studio is committed to exceeding your expectations with exceptional service throughout the course of your treatments. We would recommend when booking or rescheduling your treatments to do so as far in advance as you can, so we can facilitate your every need.

Refund & Expiration Policy

Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals. All purchases are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Pre-paid treatments are valid for the time periods specified below:

Full Body Laser Hair Removal Special Package T&Cs

Purchase: Clients may purchase the Full Body Laser Hair Removal Package at the prices set out in the marketing materials.

Inclusions: The package includes all laser hair removal areas offered by Roxane Laser Studio, as specified in the marketing materials. This package does not include areas not currently offered by Roxane Laser Studio.
Area Removal: Clients may choose to remove any area from their package. However, no reduction in price will be provided for removed areas. Clients must inform us at the time of booking and upon arrival at each appointment of any areas removed from the package.
Bookings: All laser hair removal treatments must be booked in advance. Availability may vary, and bookings for this package may not be available at all times or on all days.
Non-Transferable: The package cannot be shared or used by more than one client.
Payment: Full payment for all treatments is required on the day of the first appointment.
Refund Policy: The terms of our refund policy apply.

Suitability for Treatment

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, prior to any treatment being carried out. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they provide Roxane Laser Studio with relevant medical history and medication details prior to each treatment.

We cannot treat any clients who are under 18, pregnant or breast-feeding or have a history of skin cancer.
